1. Q.  Where do the autographs come from?
   A.  We consign all of our photos exclusively from Greg Tucker Autographs. Greg is a renowned collector and authenticator. His business was established in 1972 and his credentials can be viewed at the Online Authentics site on the web. A majority of the autographs from Greg Tucker Autographs come from public signings at collectibles shows or private signings arranged with the athlete/celebrity.
   
   
2. Q.  What guarantee do you offer on the authenticity of the autographs?
   A.  Each autographed photo comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Greg Tucker Autographs and a money-back guarantee. Simply return it to us in the same condition that it was shipped and your money will be gladly refunded. We also strive to protect the items in transit so that they are not damaged. Photos are packed in safe plastic sleeves and then sandwiched between two pieces of corrugated cardboard.
   
   
3. Q.  What methods of payment do you accept?
   A.  We accept checks, money orders,credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and PayPal. Please read our Terms of Sale for a complete explanation. We DO NOT ship COD or accept trades.
   
   
4. Q.  How long does it take to get my merchandise?
   A.  We ship merchandise ASAP. Occasionally it may take up to two weeks for a consignor to ship merchandise to us. This will, of course lengthen the turnaround time on your order.
